The Firm

Built from
the ground up.

We did not inherit this. We earned it. One room cleaned, one deal closed, one handshake at a time.

Two brothers.
One shared belief.

Rewat and Aayush Patel grew up understanding what it means to start from nothing. When their father passed away, the life they knew changed overnight. What remained was a drive to build something lasting, on their own terms.

They came to the United States to study Hospitality Management at the University of North Texas, Denton. They did not arrive with capital or connections. They arrived with conviction.

Education

B.S. Hospitality Management, University of North Texas, Denton. Hotel Operations specialization.

Early Career

From cleaning restrooms to managing full-service hotels, they worked every position before ever owning one.

We have always wanted to stand on our own feet. Back in Surat, I made fashion jewelry by hand. Bracelets, mostly. Sold them door to door, mom and pop style. My whole town started wearing them. That told me everything I needed to know about what we were capable of.

A natural entrepreneur

Long before real estate, Rewat was already building. As a young man in Surat, India, he made fashion jewelry by hand: bracelets, sold door to door around his neighborhood. He had a partner early on, but the venture was too small for someone with deeper pockets, so he walked. Rewat kept going. His whole town started wearing them. It was his first proof that if you put something real into the world, people notice.

Starting from scratch in America

Rewat and Aayush arrived in the United States with a plan to study and build. At UNT Denton, they earned degrees in Hospitality Management with a Hotel Operations focus. They worked every single role in the hotel: maintenance, housekeeping, front desk, management. Learning the business from the inside out.

The Mentor

Bapu

Their father's closest friend, whom they call Bapu, became their guide in business. He taught them how to read deals, how to operate, and how to think like an owner. With his mentorship and belief, they acquired their first hotels. That foundation has never left them.

Hospitality

Aayush takes the helm

As Rimani's hotel portfolio grew, Aayush stepped in as the operator, managing day-to-day hotel operations with precision and care. His background in hospitality management and years working every position on property made him the right person to lead that side of the business.

The Turn

Rewat finds the road less taken

While the hotel business was strong, Rewat had always been drawn to the road less chosen. He identified gas stations and convenience stores as a low-barrier entry point with massive operational upside. An insight most overlooked. Against conventional wisdom, with his brother and a small circle of believers behind him, he pursued a 7-Eleven franchise.

He became one of the youngest operators approved in the DFW market. His first store quickly ranked number one in its subgroup, growing revenue over 20% and excelling across every metric 7-Eleven tracks.

Big goals.
Bigger purpose.

Gas stations across the country. Rewat's target. He has never missed one he set for himself.
