Where we
operate.

We operate close to home. Every asset we own or manage sits within a 2 to 3 hour radius of DFW. We know these markets, we live in them, and we show up in person.

We stay within a 2 to 3 hour drive from DFW Airport. This keeps us close to our assets, fast to respond, and grounded in markets we understand from years of living and working in them.

As we grow, we may expand our radius. But we will never acquire in a market we cannot reach by the end of the day.
